Storage & Freshness:

Our caviar tarts are made fresh and designed to be enjoyed at their absolute best within 24 hours of collection or delivery. Please keep them chilled in the refrigerator until serving, and consume promptly for the ideal pastry texture, caviar quality, and overall experience. Our mooncakes have a longer shelf life. Store them in a cool, air-conditioned room for up to 7 days, or refrigerate them for up to 10 days. For the best flavour and texture, allow refrigerated mooncakes to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving or microwave for 10 seconds.
